Sebastian came to WORRKS after building his foundation in commercial electrical work, where he managed prefabrication processes, coordinated material orders, and oversaw submittals from approval through closeout. His ability to use construction technology to interpret drawings, perform takeoffs, and determine optimal material placement has deepened over his career and continues to serve him well as he takes on greater project management responsibility.

Sebastian has taken on scheduling, logistics coordination, and cross-trade problem solving, drawn by the opportunity to own his work within a company known for developing its people. In a year and a half, he has built strong relationships across the job site that reflect his relatable, team-first approach.

A Richmond native and VCU graduate, Sebastian holds a degree in Marketing with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. This combination has helped him build the communication and organizational skills that translate directly to project coordination. Outside of work, Sebastian is an avid fisherman and an enthusiastic. He lives in Richmond with his fiancée.
