Jack McKean brings 30 years of construction and project management experience to his role at WORRKS, with a career built on delivering complex projects across the full spectrum of commercial development. A Northern Virginia native, Jack spent the bulk of his career in the Washington, DC metro area managing tenant interiors, capital improvements, mission-critical environments, and ground-up development ranging from single-family residential to multifamily, retail, corporate headquarters, and classified data and networking centers.

Before joining WORRKS, Jack served as Director of Project Management at Newmark, where he led the mid-Atlantic Global Corporate Services business, and earlier as an owner’s representative focused on commercial office repositioning and value-add capital improvements. His breadth of experience includes coordinating complex interior buildouts, managing high-end finishes, and delivering secure, high-performance spaces on time and on budget.

Jack was drawn to WORRKS by the variety of projects and the quality of the people. Now based in Richmond after many years navigating the DC metro, he is settling into a new market with the same steady, relationship-driven approach that has defined his career.
