Josh has spent his career mastering one of the most demanding and detail-driven trades in commercial construction: doors, frames, and hardware. As a finished product trade with little margin for error, door installation requires precision at every step. His lifelong mechanical aptitude and knack for solving problems that stump others serve our clients well.

Joining Hourigan five years ago through an acquisition, Josh has grown steadily within the organization ever since. He was promoted to Superintendent last year and now leads a crew of ten across multiple concurrent projects. This includes a 1,300-door installation on a large manufacturing facility under construction in the region. Additional active projects range from 100 to 800 doors, reflecting the scale and variety that define the WORRKS portfolio.

Beyond the job site, Josh is currently developing a door installation training program for the next generation of tradespeople. He is also proud father who enjoys spending time with his three children.
